Here's an event for the young, and young-at-heart! The raft race will take place tonight as usual at 6.30pm, and in addition we will be restoring Bow Butts to its original use - to practice archery!
Have a go at firing those arrows - just £2 for 4 arrows.
This weekend, a dedicated bunch of people from the village have walked from Bannockburn to Ceres in the footsteps of the men who fought in 1314. They are being sponsored to fund a defibrillator for the village.
To welcome them home there will be a family barbecue at the Ceres Inn, with face painting, fun and the first chance to get your hands on the new commemorative gifts.

There really is something for everyone in Games week, starting with the fantastic Car Treasure Hunt suitable for everyone, and ending with refreshments and prizes in the Memorial Hall.
A new event for this year is the Family Bingo - all ages welcome and Eyes Down for a Full House.
The ever-popular raft race on Thursday is sure to be fun. Children - make your own little raft and then watch as it sails down the Ceres Burn.
